- Dr. Charles Newens is a 1995 graduate of the University of Pacific Dental School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a member of both the American and California Dental Associations. Dr. Newens served in the U.S. Army in Hawaii for three years as a general dentist. He is constantly attending post graduate courses to improve his clinical skills and techniques. In addition, he serves as a clinical instructor at the Western Career College Dental Hygiene school.
